📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Times

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS

International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Festival season note: During high-volume periods (like Burning Man or holiday drops), shipping times may vary slightly.
💸 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We also offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
🌎 International Orders
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We can’t control delays caused by customs, but we’ll help track your order every step of the way.
🔄 Order Changes
Need to update your address or cancel before it ships?
Email support@therhinoline.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, The Rhino Line is not liable for loss or theft.
If this happens, please contact your local carrier first — then reach out to us, and we’ll help file a claim or replace your item when possible.
